Here's a quick look at what's happening across the Turnpike system. Your KTAG Now Goes Further Traveling on toll roads across the country is now easier for DriveKS customers with a KTAG. On Aug. 30, KTAG became compatible with additional toll agencies through a nationwide interoperability effort. Today, KTAG works with 19 toll agencies across multiple states, allowing customers to travel farther with a single transponder. Investing in the Future of the Turnpike KTA recently announced a Long-term Investment Plan focused on implementing improvements to bridges, technology, customer services and service areas. Planned investments include the widening of I-70, bridge and drainage improvements, new and enhanced customer amenities, and technology enhancements. The ongoing Emporia Service Area redevelopment is one example if these investments in action. KTA Wants Your Feedback KTA’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is now open. The survey helps guide future improvements across the Turnpike system. Previous customer feedback helped shape initiatives such as electric vehicle charging stations, increased overhead bridge clearances, and cashless tolling.
