With nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry’s operational backbone, I’ve spent my career learning how this business truly works behind the scenes, how policies are built, how compliance protects clients, and how strong systems create trust. That foundation, paired with my business administration degree, shaped the way I approach insurance today: with clarity, structure, and a deep respect for the responsibility we carry when advising others.
I’m also a proud U.S. Army Reserve veteran, currently serving as a Sergeant First Class with 16 years of service. The military taught me discipline, integrity, and the importance of taking care of people, values that guide every decision I make at RAI.
