I have been attending Midwest Dental Augusta for my entire life. The staff is caring, comforting, and encouraging. I have had no problems with any cleaning or corrective action. I don't like the unkindness I have received from Louise. She has cancelled appointments without rescheduling when we have requested a reschedule. She has scheduled my family on separate days where we can only afford time to travel to the dentistry once every 6 months barring emergencies. And her tone is generally condesending. She is certainly the most uncomfortable aspect of the trip, and I have had fillings put in.
