Go! Augusta Ambassadors
Community Leaders & Advocates
Behind many of Augusta’s successful events, volunteer efforts, and welcoming experiences are the dedicated men and women who serve as Go! Augusta Ambassadors. These volunteers are more than community representatives. They are champions for local businesses, advocates for community engagement, and enthusiastic supporters of everything that makes Augusta a great place to live, work, and visit.
As ambassadors, they help promote local attractions, celebrate new businesses, support community initiatives, and connect residents and visitors with opportunities throughout Augusta. Whether welcoming a new business, volunteering at a community festival, assisting with outreach efforts, or simply sharing their pride for Augusta, these individuals play an important role in strengthening connections across our community.

Volunteer Opportunities
Go! Augusta invites residents, business owners, and community-minded individuals to become involved in the community. Many of our businesses and non-profits have places for occasional volunteers or be involved in planning some of the activities. You get to be out there with helping hands and see some big smiles. Look for opportunities to be part of the action! You might find yourself working alongside one of these great individuals.
