Description

Knowing how to navigate tough situations is a skillset that’s beneficial for life. By developing the skills and tools to face obstacles – such as knowing how to manage big emotions and reframe mistakes -- we are more equipped to overcome them with confidence. With our new, refreshed Girls on the Run curriculum, ‘Hello, Mountain Mover!’, girls gain the confidence to do hard things, take on challenges and believe in themselves. Sign your girl up for a program that builds her life skills now to serve her in the future! Register HERE!

GOTR Locations: Fall 2025!

Girls on the Run inspires individuals of all abilities to discover, build, and grow their self-confidence. Together, they experience a sense of belonging and connection as a team. Volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development, including managing emotions, fostering friendships, and expressing empathy. At the end of the season, the team completes a Community Impact Project and a 5K together, which provides a tangible sense of accomplishment and sets a confident mindset into motion.
