Yoga at Park Bench Brewing!

Bend & Brew is back on July 19^th at Park Bench Brewing! Join them on  Saturday, July 19th at 11 AM for another all-levels yoga flow led by Jessica from Yoga State!  Check-in starts at 10:30 AM — bring your mat (we’ll have a few extras on hand), move through a feel-good session, and then treat yourself to a post-class drink.  Your $15 (cash only) covers yoga and your choice of beer, hard cider, or wine.  Reserve your spot at the brewery or just show up the day of — let’s stretch and sip!
